Yes currently there is a huge demand for the FInES loans because of the lower interest as compared to the normal lensing rates.However some of the banks are still providing the loans to clients.Please refer to the flyer here for updated version of institutions that still have funds

It is not true, those undergoing training can access the loan now or after they complete the training.
